Orders
Holiday - Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid the holiday rush! You can place your orders as early as you like to insure availability and we will hold your shipment until a date specified by you. Please note that additional air charges may be required on packages shipped after December 10th to certain destinations in order to guarantee Christmas delivery. Remember, the early delivery of your gifts is often appreciated, as they are wonderful for holiday entertaining!
Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped the next 3 business day, if possible. Items will be shipped UPS ground, DHL OR US Postal service, using the least costly method. If you prefer a shipping carrier, please let us know. If you need faster delivery, please contact us for rates. We will email you when the item was shipped and the tracking number. Chocolates and candles may not be able to be shipped during the summer season or cool packets may need to be added to the shipment. Orders are being shipped from Indiana. You will receive an estimated shipping rate on the shopping cart site - please remember this is only an ESTIMATE.
Rules
Please note that UPS drivers will routinely deliver packages without a customer signature. If you have any concerns about the delivery area, please let us know at the time you place your order. We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or stolen once delivery has been made. We can not deliver to Post Office Boxes or airports thru UPS. Please provide correct and complete street address and phone number at the time you place your order. Please note we can ship to businesses if this makes it more convenient and safer. Delivery services will not be forwarded on packages in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Costs
We us an estimated complimentary UPS shipping guidelines based off the weight of the each item rounded to the nearest pound. It does not calculate if the shipment will be in multiple boxes. In some cases your shipping charges will be different than automatically calculated on the website. Please use the shipping amount quoted as only a guideline. Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to ensure the availability of the items you order. Occasionally, we may be out of stock. In such case, you will be notified by us for further details.
Payment Methods
Enhancing Moments, Inc. accepts MasterCard and Visa for purchases, shipping and $3.00 handling fee which are shipped.
By submitting an order by website or phone - the purchaser agrees to pay all credit card charges, including any tax (if shipped in Indiana) and shipping charges, incurred by your use of this service.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax of 7% on all orders placed from or delivered to Indiana.
Custom Orders/Corporate Accounts
We strive to create the perfect gift baskets and gifts for you! Call us, we will assist you with the incorporation of your business logo items, business cards, local/travel information or incorporating your business colors. We then can email you photos or bring them by your office within our delivery area. Give us a call regarding setting up a corporate account.
Enclosure Cards/Business Cards
To have us add a message to a gift which we are sending for you, please type your message in the Comment Box (under payment information), as well as, any special shipping instructions, such as, date to be delivered. We will be happy to enclose a handwritten greeting note or your business card in your gift packages. We will also be happy to keep your business cards on file.
Gift Basket Substitutions
We make every effort to ensure that the items we feature in our gift baskets are in stock. Occasionally, we will need to make a substitute for an item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Please note on your order if no substitutions can be made.
Our Guarantee
We are committed to providing the utmost in personal service and satisfaction. We promise that any product Enhancing Moments, Inc. offers meets our standard of quality. If they weren’t the best, we wouldn’t offer them. If you experience a problem with any product, shipping or service, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (812) 430-1986. We will promptly consider your problem and MAY issue an exchange in the case of damage during shipping or error on our part. We DO NOT accept returns and are not responsible for the shipping service once the package has left our business. Once it is billed and sent, NO REFUNDS will be issued, including slow arrival time by the delivery service. If for some reason a return is allowed - a 20% restocking fee will be incurred.
